Custom Blending

Omni Specialty Packaging, LLC, has the storage capability and capacity to purchase raw materials in bulk, thus allowing them to maximize their production efficiency and in return produce the highest quality product at a competitive price. Our bulk storage tanks ensure a ready supply of raw materials, thus reducing overall turn-around time for production. This enables Omni to blend a customer’s entire line of products.

We blend with high quality base oils and additives. We receive base oils and raw materials from Exxon, Motiva, Ergon, and Calumet. These materials unloaded via dedicated lines from rail cars or bulk trucks then stored in one of the sixty-two blending and storage tanks. With the additional load cells, we are able to blend by weight as well.

Proprietary Formulation

We are able to assist customers with new product development, as well as extending into greater market development for particular products. Our chemists and engineers will formulate a blend specific to a customer’s product needs.
